Overview

Business Analyst Internship

 

AmeriWound is currently seeking an intern to assist with analytical projects that will be incorporated as tools to make better informed business decisions. This individual should be highly motivated, task and assignment focused, be able to work with moderate supervision, complete assigned tasks on time on schedule and accurately, possess intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate diligence and a passion for thoroughness, accuracy and excellence. The Business Analyst will work with the Executive Team including the CEO, COO, CMO and CFO to provide business insights and recommendations for assigned projects leading to process improvements.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Regular interaction with company leaders including CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, Directors and Management level staff
  • Work with Senior Leadership to determine specific strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet those goals
  • Create tools to provide insight analytics
  • Provide analysis for strategic initiatives
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting process
  • Complete appropriate schedules and reports as assigned
  • Provide timely charts and summaries demonstrating data results, noting trends, positive and negative findings including recommendations as they pertain to the data analysis completed Senior Leadership

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provider Financial Performance Index that would largely be researched and derived from our Electronic Healthcare Record Systems, Provider schedules and other sources
  • Re-establishing the company’s Days to Healing metrics report
  • Additional projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and IT Candidates

MBA Candidates
